We usually need 1–2 business days to create your book after you upload your photos. After that, shipping takes about 6–10 business days, depending on your location. You’ll get updates as your order moves through production and delivery.

Yes! You’ll get a preview by email after you order. If you want to stop there, just cancel before you approve the book and you’ll get a full refund. Once you approve it and printing starts, the order can’t be refunded because your book is custom made.

Send around 10 clear photos for the best match. Choose shots where your child’s face is easy to see, with no sunglasses or hats. Waist-up photos work great, and a mix of smiles, serious looks, and different backgrounds helps the AI create a more natural storybook. The clearer the photos, the better the magic!
